   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This skill has a higher critical hit chance.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

  This technique was used by Sansho in the Dragonball Z: Dead Zone
  movie. The blast is a crackling flame of energy that erupts from the
  palm of one hand, and is preferably fired from above the target where
  the user can direct its fiery force like dragon's breath.
