  Spirit (SPR in your 'score') represents your character's mental
  prowess and ability to channel energy attacks. It has the
  following affects:

  * Increases your damage from Ki-attacks (your eDAM)
  * Directly affects Ki Damage
  * Each point of SPR = 35 energy

  SPR can be raised by using your abilities that are considered an
  energy attack, such as the tried and true energy ball or even the
  legendary Kamehameha.

  You can use FOCUSKI to train your SPR like a workout.

  A thorough amount of meditation can lead to increased SPR as well.
