  Syntax : 'soul discharge'
  Cost : 2000 ki
  Type : Energy
A Bio-Android can learn this skill naturally.

This is probably one of the most lethal of all attacks that are
unique to the bio-android. Using energy that is formed into 'souls'
of thier victims, a bio-android can fire off a massive blast of
stolen energy. This technique is not stolen; it is known by all
bio-androids from creation, however it does require a lot of energy.
