   Prereq : Destructo Disk[100%], Volleyball Attack[100%]
   Type   : Energy

   This is the destructo disk technique that actually works! Developed by
   Krillin he uses a solar flare to blind his opponents first and then charges
   a huge destructo disk to unleash on his opponents.
