   Cost   : 500 Ki
   Prereq : Fly [100%], Energy Ball [100%]
   Type   : Melee
   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This skill has a chance to blind an opponent, reducing their accuracy.

   Solar Flare is performed by gathering energy and releasing it in one
   wide, weak burst of light, instead of the usual compact, and
   concentrated beams seen in most ki attacks.

   This move will blind your opponent, and anyone in the area who
   doesn't know when to look away or close their eyes at the proper
   moment.

   Note that using Solar Flare on another player will activate your
   RED PK flag, which cannot be turned off for an hour.
