   Cost   : 75% of current ki
   Prereq : Blast Zone[100%], Kitransfer[100%]
   Type   : Utility

   The day has finally come and Rendo has blessed those toasters with the
   one thing they've always asked for. SPLI..... SIMULACRUM. Currently only
   one of the original creators of the androids is capable of teaching this
   technique to those who have mastered the appropriate skills.

   If the simulacrum technique is executed incorrectly a double will
   still most likely be created, however this failed double will not be
   as powerful as one created by doing this technique correctly.

   Simulacrum will only increase in competency from utilizing the
   technique (not from spamming).

   Androids have access to simulacrum which is very much like the split-
   form technique of other races. Since they are a projection they
   cannot fight against another foe with the user, but can be used
   for sparring.
