     Cost   : 2500 Ki
     Prereq : Holiness Break (100%), Ether Lance (100%)
     Type   : Energy

     The supra-ultimate attack of the Kaio-s is Retribution. This is a very
 strong T5 in its own right, but also has the added benefit of doing more
 damage to your target based upon the number of player kills they have
 committed. If a target has a lot of PKILL's this attack can even
 rival the incredibly strong Railgun.
