   Prereq : Anger [100%], Obliteration Cannon [75%]
   Type   : Energy
   This ability has a chance to blind your opponents.
  Displayed in the battle against the defenders of Earth on the top of
  Kami's Lookout by Mustard, and Salt, the Pepper Flash technique draws
  upon the anger, and rage of its user to create an inferno of energy flames
  that push a powerful bomb of ki towards their opponent. When the bomb
  and these fires combine, they explode in a fiery flash that can leave
  the target blinded.
