NEWSHIP

Syntax: 'newship <your ship name>'
This command is used to make, and purchase a new ship. This feature
costs the user 100,000 zeni and requires the user be at a Spaceport. The
command will not work if the user does not have the requisite funds.
Once the user has created their newship, they have the ability to
improve its features via the upgradeship command.
