NAMEK WISHES

Namek Dragonballs are confined to Namek, and can be found in every
every area on Namek. Once released, players race to grab as many of the
DragonBalls as they can. This could be through pk, bribery or trade, or
perhaps other ways..
The Namek dballs are not meant to leave Namek. So if anyone finds a way
to bypass this, if they do not tell an immortal the very second, they
will be helled for one weeks time.
The ONLY way to summon the dragon is to be holding all 7 dragon balls.
Then saying the phrase: (Using say) I summon the eternal dragon porunga!
There is only one Namek wish
Blessing: Blessing of Porunga acts as a mini player activity bonus. What
this means is a random Blessing is selected from a weighted table and
activates. Blessings are as follows.
say 'I wish for the blessing of porunga!'
Dragon Boost: 1.5x powerlevel gains for 10* minutes.
Dragon Wisdom: 1.5x stat growth and skill growth for 10* minutes.
Dragon Zen: Dragon Boost + Dragon Wisdom bonuses for 10* minutes.
Dragon Fury: 1.5x Non Spar damage, stat and pl gains for 10* minutes.
Dragon Divinity: 100% GGM for 20* minutes.
Note: All Dragon Blessings _CAN_ stack with normal doubles. As an
example, if Double Gains and Dragon Boost are active, they multiply off
each other and provide 3x gains.
Note*: Accumulated Zeal from Ranked Nameks boosts the duration of Dragon
Blessings and the chance for a better roll to occur. This resets after
each wish.
