The DragonBalls are a very powerful event, allowing players to gain
almost anything they want: power, wealth, items... the list goes on. The
main wish sought after though, is raising one's powerlevel. The
DragonBalls are capable of this, but their effect is a limited one.
For DragonBalls other than the Blackstars, you are only able to wish for
power if your base powerlevel is lower than 50 trillion. After this
level of power is reached, the dragons of Namek and Earth are no longer
able to gather enough energy to increase your powerlevel.
All DragonBalls are subject to altinteraction rules. It is up to the
discretion of the Administration to determine the application of this
rule. Your Administration will make a judgement call on your compliance
with this rule, and you can then get back to playing the game.
