The Black Star DragonBalls are the most powerful DragonBalls in
existence. Ultima Shenron, the dragon of the Black Star DragonBalls, has
the ability to grant nearly any wish. Although, along with his extreme
power comes the absolute right to deny any wish he chooses.
The very nature of these DragonBalls dictate that once they have been
released, all events will cease until a wish is made.
Once the dragon is summoned (holding all 7 DragonBalls and using the
phrase "I summon the eternal dragon ultima shenron!"), You may make one
of the following wishes:
Revitalization: This wish will replenish the spiritual energies of all
players, immediately allowing them the freedom to enter the Hyperbolic
Time Chamber again.
To make this wish, you have to say: I wish for revitalization!
Power: This wish will boost the powerlevels of all players by 5%.
To make this wish, you have to say: I wish for a Surge of Power!
Experience: This wish will set the global gains mod to 200% for a
duration of one hour.
To make this wish, you have to say: I wish for the Experience of the
Ancients!
After a wish is made, the wisher may not make another wish for at least
1 month on any sets of DragonBalls.
All DragonBalls are subject to altinteraction rules. It is up to the
discretion of the Administration to determine the application of this
rule. Your Administration will make a judgement call on your compliance
with this rule, and you can then get back to playing the game.
