| Kanassians receive their psychic training at a young age. Those who  |
| are unworthy are quickly returned to a normal life, while those      |
| proficient enough are taught further by the high council of psykers, |
| who represent the strongest minds on all of Kanassa. Psykers who     |
| feel they are powerful enough may challenge a council member for his |
| rank, but the penalty for losing is always death. The high council   |
| of Psykers consists of:                                              |

|   1 Farseer                                                          |
|   2 Ascended                                                         |
|   3 Neophytes                                                        |
|                                                                      |
| All ranked Kanassians produce shards at an accelerated rate. The     |
| Ascended and Farseer ranks also gain the ability to see all tells    |
| sent from the planet they are on.                                    |
