   Cost   : 150 Ki
   Prereq : Destructive Wave[50%]
   Type   : Energy
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.
   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.

   This is the ultimate technique developed by the Great Kamesenin,
   Master Roshi.  This roughly translates to Turtle Destructive Wave,
   based on that he was the turtle hermit. This blast is available to
   multiple races, humans, saiyans, halfbreeds, bio-androids. It is
   a mid power attack that requires 375 energy to use.

   The Kamehameha wave is a special technique of the turtle school. You
   may have to first find its Master before its power is bestowed to you.
