   A Bio-Android can't absorb this skill.

   The formation of solid, permeable objects with the use of ki
   abilities is very difficult. However, some Icers have managed to
   isolate a specific power which allows them to manipulate the
   moisture in the air and extract the energy from it, causing its
   temperature to drop drastically.  They then use telekinetic
   abilities to move these newly created ice shards into a protective
   barrier about their body.  Those knowledgeable about this skill call
   it the "Ice Shield", due to the nature of the protective barrier.
   Iceshield, much like Wisdomshield and Aurashield adds a temporary
   boost to the user's armor, duration varying based upon the user's
   powerlevel.
