   Cost   : 0 Ki
   Prereq : Be in Crane School
   Type   : Skill
   This skill costs 50 Heart Resource to use.

   Another technique used by Tien. He uses this to grow an extra set of
   arms! In game this provides you with extra attacks in combat and also
   an increased block chance.


   Fourarm skill will be more effective if activated with up to 15
   levels of heart. For each level of tenacity, will, and resolve
   together, it will reach its full strength. However, if you have
   used any sustains it will lower the effect by 10% each.

   The timer is dependent upon how large you've built your main
   bonus timer.
