   Prereq : Accel Dance [100%], SSD [100%], Power Blitz [100]
   Type   : Energy
   This ability has a chance to blind your opponents.
  During the Tournament of Power, Android 17 displaying the ability to
  overclock his infinite-energy core, and produce a blinding sphere of light.
  As his opponent chased him into this field, they could not percieve the remaining
  energy from this ability to be produced so quickly, and with such devastating
  critical force as it was unleashed point-blank.
