   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   This move is one of the signature moves developed by Prince Vegeta
   himself. Reaching into the depths of a saiyan's power, they draw upon
   the Final Flash. This skill is notably the most lethal skill a saiyan
   will utilize. The energy required to use this skill being enough to
   make the seas part, and any opponent unlucky enough to face the
   raw power of this attack is fortunate not to be completely overwhelmed.
