EVASION
Keywords : EVASION
Punishment evasion is the act of finding a way around a current
punishment. This could be, but is not limited to: using an
alternative character, proxying, going to a friend's house, using
other commands, or anything that gets around what you were punished
for.
Because some clarification is required for this, the following will
explain what is and what is not evasion.
If you are silenced, you can log an alt and talk with them. However,
if you use your alt to complain, write a note, bitch, or do anything
related to what you were punished for, that is evasion.
If you are banned, you cannot proxy, change your IP, log in from a
friends a pub, a library, a donut store, or anything to get around
the ban.
If you are helled, you cannot find ways to get out, or do anything
that will improve your character's powerlevel, stats or abilities.
You are allowed to play an alternative character as long as you do
not continue doing what you did to get helled.
Basically, you are free to use another character all you want as
long as you do not continue doing what you did to get punished.
It is up to the discretion of the Administration to determine if
someone is evading a punishment. Your Administration will make a
judgement call, and you can then get back to playing the game.
