   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   Any fighter worth their salt can manipulate their ki enough to form
   an energy ball. This is one of the most basic ki based attacks in
   any fighter's arsenal, and its mastery is everyone's first hurdle in
   mastering ones energy-based abilities.

   Creating an energy ball is as simple as compressing ki into the palm
   of one's hand, forming it into a weak sphere that can be quickly hurled
   in the direction of one's opponent. This ability is available to all
   races.
