   Prereq : Punch [100%], Energy Ball [100%]
   Type   : Melee
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.
   A Bio-Android can't absorb this skill.

   This move is one of the signature moves developed by Goku. Saiyan's
   are able to channel the power of the dragon through their aura and
   into their fists.
