   Syntax : 'bordeaux burst'
   Cost : 1000 Ki
   Prereq : Sommelier Beam (100%)
   Type : Energy

The penultimate energy attack of the Vinians. Raising their hands
into the air, their energy becomes a liquid state, rolling and
splashing as it builds up. With a cheeky smile they "pour" the
energy from an imaginary glass, it cascading towards the target
in a tidal wave of energy.
