   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   The blood bomber was a technique used by Lucifer against Goku and Krillin
   in the Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle. A vast amount of energy is
   gathered within a Demon's hand before the hellish ball of energy is launched
   at the victim.
