     This skill has a high critical chance.

    When confronted by the Z Warriors and suggesting that they leave to
    have their battle in a less populated area, Androids 19 and 20's rebuttal
    was the devasting Bionic Punisher, which they used to incinerate over half
    the population of a small island in mere seconds.  The technique was also
    used against Super Saiyan Vegeta, but lacked the power to harm him.
    Regardless This multi eye laser technique is quite powerful and if it takes
    the opponent of guard, can inflict horrible wounds.
