   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   This move is one of the signature moves developed by Prince Vegeta
   himself. This attack begins with the user turning one side of their
   body towards their opponent and extending one arm at them, gathering
   a blue sphere of energy in their palm before releasing it. This
   attack is known to create an explosion rivaling that of a bomb.
