     Prereq : Telekinesis (100%), Psionic Blast (100%)
     Type   : Melee

     This is a variation of the sauzer blade, or ki blade, technique. The
     user increases the strength and shape of the blade to that of a curved
     scimitar like sword, delivering powerful slashing strikes.
