  With the infinite-energy cores bestoyed to Androids 17, and 18 by Dr. Gero
  the two cyborg creations of the Red Ribbon army were depicted as being able
  to unleash massive flurries of peppering energy strikes. They worked in tandem
  to deliver them from above in a cyclone of movement that kept their
  target fixed in their position while they rained destruction down from above.
