     Syntax : 'whirlwind blitz' [target]
     Cost   : 300 ki
     Prereq : 'Fly' [100%], 'Evasive Style' [100%]
     Type   : melee

     Using this technique, the Yondai summons and detonates a ball
     of compressed air behind themselves in order to propel themselves
     as they leap to attack their target.
