     Cost   : 1500
     Prereq : 'Tri-Blast' [100%], 'Clone' [50%]
     Type   : melee
     This skill has a chance to knock an opponent down

     The ultimate blitz is a perfect combination of attacks to deal
     the most punishment and disgrace to the opponent as possible
     in a short amount of time. Cell used this blitz against SSJ Vegeta
     after finally achieving his perfect form, which not only nearly killed
     the Saiyan warrior, but humiliated him.
