     Prereq : 'Multi-Form Assault' [100%], 'Solar Flare' [100%]
     Type   : energy
     This is an incombat ability that can start fights.

     The stolen technique of Tien. The Tri Blast, or Tri Beam is
     a powerful technique that consumes the users spirit with each use.
     While Tien was forced to use the technique sparingly for this reason
     no such drawback exists for Cell's version of the blast. During the
     Cell games, the Bio-Android used this ability to great effect by
     first performing the multi-form technique, and then surrounding Goku
     and firing the Tri Blast from all four corners of the ring
     at once.
