any sort of random crazyness that you want. It is a public channel
and as such it has certain rules must be followed. These include,
but are not limited to the rules contained within the
'help channelrules' helpfile, so be sure to read that. The OOC
channel is one that you will probably spend most of your time on DBI
chatting with other players on; so learn to love it!. You can also
use emotes and socials on OOC to further your enjoyment.'

of an item, either one that can't normally be auctioned or one that
is rare. It can also be used to post an item you are seeking. Please
limit your use to only the exchange of items and equipment. Again,
