Imported from the game’s own help, and only staff can change it — a help file that quietly stops matching the game reads as authoritative and is wrong. If it has changed in game, send the new text through the contact form and somebody will paste it in.

While scamming is against the rules here at DBI, the immortals cannot
punish scammers without undoubtable proof that they have scammed.  Logs,
and even screenshots, can be easily doctored to look as if they were
legitimate.  Therefore, the only way to prove to us that a trade is being
made is for all players involved in the trade to post a gnote BEFORE the
trade takes place.  Send the note (using the trade board) to 'admin' so
that all immortals may see it.  If this precaution has not been taken,
there is nothing an administrator can do for you.  You have been warned.
