     Cost   : 500 ki
     Prereq : 'Sense' [100%], 'Meditate' [100%], 'Meditate'  [100%]
     Type   : Utility

     Using this technique, the Yondai creates a portal of swirling
     energies that they can step through, as well as anyone nearby. This
     skill creates a portal that lasts for about 15 seconds and can be
     entered back and forth multiple times. There is a 30 second cooldown
     until it can be used again, which is lowered by holding a race rank.
     If someone is following you, they will enter the portal too. Your
     friends AND enemies can use this portal that is left behind.

     This skill is still gained by the IT quest until the Yondai quest
     is implemented, so please refer to those helpfiles until then.

     You can use config +autoenterportal to automatically enter a portal
     when it is created.
