                              Pocket Aces

See 'help decklevel' for when Pocket Aces unlocks. This allows you to save
a hand to use later. This will cost you 15% of your current Cartomancy.

The idea of this is that you can have perfect hands to use later for
other purposes. HBTC, or maybe PK. The cards that you have saved do not
have any effect on the cards that you draw for your next hands.
