     Cost   : 100 ki per hail
     Prereq : 'Jet Stream' [100%]
     Type   : Melee

     Piercing Hail is an advanced move that utilizes many techniques to
     perform. To attack with Piercing Hail, the Yondai needs to gather up
     moderate amounts of water, freeze them while controlling their shape
     in order to sharpen them, then hurl the resuling icicles at their
     target.
