     Type   : energy

     The stolen technique of Piccolo. The Makosen flash is an explosive
     energy wave projected from the user's body as a destructive and
     sacrificial last resort. The technique uses an immense amount of energy
     and was Cell's trump card against Gohan and the Z Fighters after
     he was forced to expell Android 18 and lost his perfect form.
     If not for the intervention of Goku, the Cell Games would have ended
     with the earth's destruction at the hands of Cell, and this technique.
