   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.

   Instant Transmission is a special technique invented by the ancient
   Yardrat race. It is said that though many races can learn this skill,
   only Yardrats have the ability to teach it.

   -Instant Transmission is unable to transport you to players.
   -Instant Transmission can't transport you to any mob. See
    "help itpoints."
   -Instant Transmission can't be used in combat but is utilized in
    the Zanzoken technique.

   In order to unlock this skill, you will have to master the basic energy
   manipulation techniques.

   Once unlocked, this skill is learned via a quest. See "help itquest"
   PLEASE ensure that you have fully unlocked the requirements
   for IT before starting the quest. The skill should appear light
   grey.


   There is now an "alignment" time required with IT. When you begin to IT
   you will see a message like "You begin to locate a far off power..."
   If the target is on the same planet you will move in roughly 6 seconds and
   and off planet target will take closer to 15. There is a slight variance in
   this by up to a second or two.

   Kaio's are more adept at this technique and can transmit much faster.

   Portal is a named IT skill for Yondai... for now.
