     Syntax : 'impulse strike' [target]
     Cost   : 800 ki
     Prereq : 'zanzoken' [100%], 'masenko' [100%]
     Type   : melee
     This is an in combat ability that can be used to start fights.

     Many times throughout the series Gohan displayed the capacity for
     imcredible destructive power even against foes far mightier than
     than himself. These "impulse strikes" took opponents such as
     Vegeta, Nappa, and even Frieza off guard once his rage had finally
     been unleashed.
