     Prereq : 'Whirldwind Blitz' [100%]
     Type   : ki

     Using this attack, the Yondai flies into the air above their target and
     begins to manipulate the winds - spinning them around themselves until
     they become violent. Once they've reached the right velocity, the
     Yondai unleashes the attack as a tornado that encompasses their target.
