  The Homeworld Transport Ship takes you between the Centre of the
  Universe, and when combined with the Alternative Homeworld Transport,
  between every planet in the game. You enter both ships by using the
  'board home world' command, and leave it with 'leaveship'.

  If you are wearing a scouter, you may use the 'schedule' command
  to check the status and current location of all available public ships.
