Global Gains Mod is the percent by which the gains are modified.

The more players log on, the higher the gains go up.

The GGM can also be modified by Player Activity Bonuses, and your
Administrators.

Player Activity Bonuses (PAB) occur when there is player activity.
The more activity, the higher chance of a PAB occuring.

So in a nutshell... More Players = Better Gains + More PABs

PAB and other events are affected by the Blackstar Dragonballs. They
will not stop entirely; the occurrence will be far less frequent.
