CARD DRAW

                              Card Draw

Typing 'cartomancy draw' will show you 4 cards. Two will be face up and
two will be face down.

All 4 of these cards come from your deck and all have an equal chance of
being "UP" or reverse.

Each face up card will show its UP and Reverse outcomes:
[Up: Spar cooldown ticks faster | Rev: Spar cooldown ticks slower]

Your chance of of getting an "UP" card is based on your Cartomancy %
shown in your 'cartomancy' command.
