A Builder has more privlages then most other admins, access to mobs,
objects, drops, ect. Because of this they are required to go through more
of an application process. Follow help apply sending the application to
the Head Builder and Head Admin, but you need to include your desired area,
the pl range, the item types, and a synposis of your quest. All areas are
required to have quests, even if they are just small ones.
If your application is approved you will be made an immortal on the
building mud, the address will be given to you at the time, where you will
be allowed to first flesh out your rooms and desc, then make mobs and
objects. If your area is satisfactory you will be made an immortal on DB:I
with full benefits.
