Imported from the game’s own help, and only staff can change it — a help file that quietly stops matching the game reads as authoritative and is wrong. If it has changed in game, send the new text through the contact form and somebody will paste it in.

As a builder you have more responsibilities than a play tester
since you have a higher position on the MUD.  Your responsibilities
are as follows in the order of priority:

 * To Work on the projects assigned to you by a head builder.

 * To administer other players by answering questions.

You may always ask a head builder for assistance when you need it.
