     Prereq : 'Scatter Shot' [100%], 'Vengeful Kamehameha' [100%]
     Type   : energy

     The blasting beam is a rapid fire destructive wave unleashed
     from both palms towards a Bio-Android's opponent. The skill was
     used by both Cell, and his Juniors during the Cell Games and
     caused earth's greatest warriors extreme distress.
