Overview

The Full Moon Festival Quest is a single, complex quest chain in Yasai City (Soltari planet, Vegeta realm) involving the preparation of ceremonial items for the Saiyan Full Moon Festival. What appears to be a simple request to fix a broken pot transforms into a massive supply chain puzzle, requiring you to resolve the interconnected problems of numerous artisans and vendors. Each NPC cannot complete their work until their own supply needs are met, creating a domino effect that forces you to complete 25+ steps across the entire city.

Step 1: Meet the Pottery Artisan & Accept the Quest

Location: A humble Pottery Kin
NPC: A Pottery Artisan
Getting There: From Yasai City center (Oozaru Street area), navigate east toward the pottery shop.
Initial Dialogue:

"So much work and so little time. How will I ever get this ready in time?" "Oh my! Hello there. I didn't see you come in. I'm in a bit of a hurry with The Full Moon Festival taking place tonight so you'll have to come back later."
Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "The Full Moon Festival" or "Full Moon Festival"

"Oh yes! All the saiyans that live in this village pay our respects to moon. Without it we would never have come this far as a race. However I am in a bit of trouble. You see the pot I was going to use for tonight is broken and I can't find the perfect replacement." "I hate to ask, but could you run this next door to my Archaeologist friend to see if he can fix it for me? I have still so much left to do. <Yes|No>"
Quest Acceptance: Answer YES to accept the quest.

"Thank you Solao! Really I mean it! You have no idea how important this is to our people. Here..." "Take that to the Archaeologist next door and I'm sure he can fix it. He certain has had his experience with broken pottery. Be sure to tell him 'We need this pot fixed for tonight' and I'm sure he'll drop what he's doing to help."

Step 2: Visit the Archaeologist

Location: The Archaeologist's Rare Objects!
NPC: A Brilliant Archaeologist
Access: West from the pottery shop (next door).
Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "We need this pot fixed for tonight"

"My goodness! This certainly will not do for tonight. It will have to be repaired, however... There is a problem. I could do this myself however I too am behind and I must put my work first before anyone elses. Do you understand?" "You are making this difficult, but it is for the festival. Tell you what. Go down the street to the black smith's shop. He should have a piece of armor made for me for tonight. Tell him We need the display armor for tonight's events and he will give you the finished product. Bring it back for me and I'll make time to fix the pot."
Instruction: Head down the street to the blacksmith's shop to obtain display armor.

Step 3: Meet Goother the Blacksmith

Location: The Black Smith's Anvil
NPC: Goother (the blacksmith)
Getting There: From Oozaru Street area: Navigate south → southwest toward Full Moon Road → north through Pride Parkway area.
Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "We need the display armor for tonight's events"

"Oh is that so? Well that's a problem my friends. You see I still haven't got the special Iron bar I need to make the armor. Well I'm sorry but I can't give you what I don't have." "What about this, you head over to the iron smelt and ask 'Where is Goother's iron bar' and bring it back here and I'll be glad to make the armor for tonight."
Instruction: Go to the Iron Smelter and ask for Goother's iron bar.

Step 4: Visit the Iron Smelter

Location: The Iron Smelter's Furnace
NPC: Master Iron Smelter
Getting There: From The Black Smith's Anvil, head west through Conquerer's Drive to reach the furnace.
Initial Dialogue:

"Where's the bar?! Where's the bar?! That's all anyone ever wants from me! Not a single hello. How are you doing? Nothing!"
Dialogue Trigger: Explain the pot and armor situation to the smelter.

"I see I see. Only problem is I can't help you with that. The mining guild that ordered the bar to be made left out the instructions. Tough! I'm busy as it is and have my own problems, kid! Now head over to the mining guild."
Instruction: Head over to the Mining Guild headquarters to retrieve the smithing plans.

Step 5: Visit the Master of the Mining Guild

Location: Headquarters of the Saiyan Mining Guild
NPC: Master of the Mining Guild
Initial Dialogue:

"I know! You think I don't know that already? I'd of sent the plans over already however I can't find them anywhere. I could order a scribe to just to make another set of plans, however the elite family that contorls the work force requires workers to stay on a job until given a new work order. I could but I too have problems of my own." "I wouldn't want you to. You don't know the first thing about running a mining organization. What you can do is go to the elite family's home and request orders for a scribe to reissue the smithing plans. Just tell them I need orders to request the use of a scribe. That should get you what you want."
Instruction: Go to the Saiyan Elitist's residence to request scribe work orders.

Step 6: Visit the Saiyan Elitist

Location: Saiyan Elitist's residence
NPC: A Saiyan Elitist
Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "I need orders to request the use of a scribe"

"How dare you enter in and bark your desires without even a bow or a hello... Ah, someone who can sympathize with how I feel. It isn't easy being in charge. All of my servants are so busy that no one went to get the wine for tonight." "If only I had tonights wine for the festival...Well then I'd be able to spare a scribe to fill your order. I just don't know what to do...I guess i'll just have to send the scribe to get my wine."
Dialogue Trigger: Offer to retrieve the wine for the Elitist.

"Very well. The wine shop is just around the corner. Tell him I'm here to pick up the elitist's wine and he will hand it right over."
Instruction: Head around the corner to the wine shop.

Step 7: Visit the Saiyan Wine Dealer

Location: Saiyan Wine Dealer's shop
NPC: A Saiyan Wine Dealer
Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "I'm here to pick up the elitist's wine"

"who isn't here to pick up some wine?! I've been swamped all day! Today has been some nightmare. One of my special customers has orders a rare brew that I had to special order from the local brewery. Indeed. Royal customers come first. You must understand. I keep trying to call him, but he isn't answering."
Dialogue Trigger: Offer to help retrieve the special brew.

"The thought hadn't crossed my mind, but since you are offering to help I suppose I can't refuse. Head to the Super Saiyan Brewery and tell the bar keep I am here to get the special ale that was ordered."
Instruction: Travel to the local pub to speak with the Brew Master.

Step 8: Visit the Saiyan Brew Master

Location: The Super Saiyan Brew Master's Pub!
NPC: Saiyan Brew Master
Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "I am here to get the special ale that was ordered"

"You and everyone else friend! All day I have heard nothing but, 'where's my booze?!' Don't you tell me my business! I'm a super saiyan. I do what I want, when I want." "I thought my day was rough. Well I cant be bothered with orders right now. I'm suppose to have a fish feast for tonights activities. Bingo! Go find that lazy fisherman and get my feast and I'll be more than happy to help you out. Who knows, you just might. Just tell the fisherman I need the brew master's fish feast. He should hand it over...or send you somewhere else."

Step 9: Visit the Lazy Fisherman

Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "I need the brew master's fish feast"

"You see I'm wanting to propose to my girlfriend tonight during the festival, but the ring hasn't been delivered yet. I'd be motivated to get back to work knowing everything was in place for tonight...If you want to, however I'm having a pain flag installed to my room today as well. The builder has nothing to do today so he'll be here soon." "The saiyan who runs the jewelery store in town. Tell him I came for the fisherman's wedding ring."
Instruction: Go to the jewelry store to ask for the wedding ring.

Step 10: Visit the Jewelry Clerk

Location: Jewelry Shop
NPC: The Jewelery Clerk
Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "I came for the fisherman's wedding ring"

"Yes, yes. I know he needs it for his lovely girlfriend. However I'm afraid I can't do much about it. How selfish do you think I am?! There is nothing I want! It's alright I suppose. There is something I NEED however." "I can't give the ring to him yet because the jewel hasn't been properly shined. I need a special fur so that when he proposes the ring will sparkle perfectly! Head to the animal hunter's house and he should have it. Just tell him I'm here for the polishing cloth!"
Instruction: Head to the hunter's house to get the polishing cloth.

Step 11: Visit Hunter the Trapper

Location: The Hunter's Trap!

Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "I'm here for the polishing cloth!"

"I'd love to help you, but I haven't finished it yet. I'm sorry, my friend got attacked by a poisonous frog and is very sick. I hope so. If I had some medicine they'd make a full recovery, but i'm afraid to leave for fear they might stop breathing!" "Would you please run to the herbal medicine shop and get the antidote for me? I'd be very greatful. Tell the owner I need an antidote for frog poison!"
Instruction: Run to the herbal medicine shop immediately.

Step 12: Visit the Herbal Doctor

Location: Herbal Medicine Shop
NPC: The Herbal Doctor
Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "I need an antidote for frog poison!"

"That is very serious! How long ago was the person bit? They don't have long then. Thankfully I have everything here to make the anti-poison. I just need to take from posion from a frog I have and mix it with an herb...Uh oh!" "Apparently I've miss placed my needle. I can't withdraw any poison with out it! This is terrible! No I'm afraid not. However a lady runs a tailoring business just to the south on this street. She'll have an extra one we can use. Good thinking! Way to lend a hand. Tell her 'I need a needle for the herbalist!'"

Step 13: Visit the Saiyan Tailor

Dialogue Trigger: Use the phrase "I need a needle for the herbalist!"

"This sounds rather serious. He's not the type to send someone else to get his needles. I see! Here take this needle. It should be just what he needs to get the job done!"

Step 14: Return to the Herbal Doctor

Location: Herbal Medicine Shop
NPC: The Herbal Doctor
Action: Deliver the Needle to the Doctor.

"That's the needle I need! Good job, now set it on the table." The Herbal Doctor picks up the needle and begins the final step in making the anti-posion. "Here you go. Now hurry back to your friend!"

Step 15: Return to Hunter the Trapper

Location: The Hunter's Trap!
NPC: Hunter the trapper
Action: Deliver the Anti-poison to the Hunter.

"You've got the anti-poison! Quickly, set it down over here and I'll administer it." Hunter the trapper after a few seconds the saiyan's friend seems to smile as if his pain had subsided. "Thank kami, we got it to him just in time. Thank you friend. What did you need again? Ah yes yes...One moment." "There you are. Thank you again and send my regards to the Jeweler."

Step 16: Return to the Jewelry Clerk

Location: Jewelry Shop
NPC: The Jewelery Clerk
Action: Deliver the Polishing Fur to the Clerk.

"Ah, my friend! You've brought me the cloth I need! Thank you. Set it down on the counter while I get the ring." The Jewelery Clerk comes back with the ring and after a few good rubs with the cloth, the diamond ring begins to sparkle. "There, now the fisherman will be able to propose properly."

Step 17: Return to the Lazy Fisherman

Location: The Fisherman's Stall
NPC: A lazy fisherman
Action: Deliver the Beautiful Ring to the Fisherman.

"You got my ring for me?! Thank you a million times! Just set it in that box there while I get your fish feast. It went ok, but some noob died real quick and the builder was told to remove it." A lazy fisherman gives you Fish Feast (Quest). "Indeed, anyways make sure that fish makes it to the brew master."

Now that I know how to make the bar exactly, I'll get right on it. Give me a few moments." Master iron Smelter goes over to the furnis for a bit and dumps the proper metal of each material into it. "Alright! The bar is done. From one hard worker to another, I hope it helps you."

A Brilliant Archaeologist goes over to his work table with the broken pot and fixes it in just a few seconds. "And there we are! Well good luck with that. The pottery master is quiet the penny pincher."
