West City is named such as it's the furthest western city on the main
continent of Earth. It was once the home of Hercule Satan before he moved
to Central City when it was renamed. It is now a city free of crime, with
the exception of the Warlord's Domain to the west of it. There is rumor of
a Xaolin Monk temple on the road to North City. A large tower stands in the
center of the field to the south of the city, rumor has that it's the home
of the wind.
