   Although it is against an android's logic to perform at less than maximum
   efficiency, it is sometimes required for one reason or another. Thus,
   while Androids are unable to suppress, technology has been developed to
   allow them to slow their clock speeds and enter an energy-conservation
   mode. This is known as underclocking.

   In order to utilize this technology, an Android must visit the ancient
   lab of Dr. Gero, on Earth. He will sell you the necessary chip,
   Once the chip is integrated, you can type underclock <#> to set the TL
   to which you wish to underclock. You can use underclock check to see
   what you have your desired underclocked TL set to. To underclock
   yourself, use the underclock command with no arguments.

   Unlike the suppress ability, you are not required to powerup between
   uses of underclock, allowing you to switch from one reduced TL to
   another on the fly.
