Tag is yet another IMM run event.  It takes place in the arena, which is
a 9x9 room that is almost maze like.  The basic rules are simple.  The IMM
picks assigns everyone who is in a number then he rolls the dice and
whoever's number is chosen is IT for that round.  An IMM can decide to pick
someone on a whim without rolling the dice, if they do this it probably
means they don't like you.  The IMM gives an amount of time and releases
you, when he calls time you return to the immortal and whoever is it is
eliminated. In varience to this there is tag while drunk, same rules, just
harder to do.  Like most IMM run events the prizes vary and you should not
question what the immortal decides to give you.
