Due to solo RP's being used for easily obtaining items and power in
RP, new rules have been put into effect. Before you do a solo RP, you
must write a personal gnote to an RP admin BRIEFLY outlining what you
intend to achieve in the RP. The admin at the point has the right to
deny certain objectives that you were planning on completing.
IE "No, you can't go from ssj1 to ssj3 in one solo RP, you can only
go to ssj2 this time."
If you go ahead anyways and complete objectives or obtain items and power
that an admin has decreed to be left out, you will be de-authed for an
amount of time to be determined by the admin at the time.
